What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply finance, property operations, and data analysis skills in a role where I can turn portfolio data into practical decisions, identify efficiency opportunities, and continue growing in real estate or financial analysis.

I've supported portfolio decision-making at Kittle Property Group by transforming raw property and financial data into dashboards and visualizations, analyzing reports for inconsistencies and cost overruns, and validating utility allocation documentation for government submission.

My real estate operations experience includes managing leasing, tenant screening, maintenance, resident communication, move-ins, renovations, vendors, and unit turns. At UV Residential, I helped maintain occupancy above 95%, leasing rates above 97%, and a 1.3% average delinquency rate across 259 units.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Psychology minor and earned an Associate of Science in Computer Science, Magna Cum Laude. I use Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and property-management platforms to connect financial analysis with practical operations.
