I’m seeking to use my finance background, Excel expertise, and real estate knowledge to support informed, data-driven executive decision-making, while advancing my trend analysis and opportunity identification capabilities.

I purchased, renovated, and sold a residential investment property for a 30% profit. I researched the market, negotiated purchase and sale terms, and managed renovation scope, costs, and contractor performance.

I'm currently developing a short-term rental business. I’m researching competing properties and seasonal rates, setting pricing and marketing plans, and preparing listings for VRBO, Airbnb, and other booking platforms.

At NBC SECURITIES, I prepared quarterly portfolio statements and analyzed pension plans to identify funding gaps, risk exposures, and opportunities for improvement. Earlier, as a Wealth Management Intern at UBS, I supported trust financial administration and account transfers.
