I own carrier performance reporting and focus on keeping data accurate, compliant, and operationally reliable.

In my current role, I manage KPI performance reporting for United Healthcare, Kaiser, and Sun Life, and I ensure accurate, timely system-to-system data transfers with external trading partners. I resolve 150+ discrepancy cases through root cause analysis, validate high-volume datasets in Excel, and collaborate across implementation, operations, and technical teams to troubleshoot EDI-style transmission issues.

Earlier, I led remote client onboarding and data setup for 400+ business groups and supported end-to-end data configuration for new client implementations at Equifax. Across roles, I’ve built workflow optimization habits, audit and reconciliation rigor, and a compliance-and-risk-first mindset to reduce enrollment disruptions, prevent submission errors, and support on-time operational readiness.
