What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to make a meaningful impact in communities, focusing on mental health and social justice initiatives.

I am a dedicated Social Worker with a comprehensive understanding of social justice issues affecting marginalized communities. My expertise lies in violence identification, prevention, and response, as well as mental health support. I am passionate about developing and facilitating programs that empower communities in need, and I thrive in collaborative environments where strategic partnerships can be built.

In my recent role at Humana People to People Botswana, I managed Gender Based Violence (GBV) cases, providing day-to-day oversight and support to Community Health Workers. I have successfully coordinated debriefing sessions for staff and focused on capacity building in child protection issues. My previous experience as a GBV Counselor allowed me to provide crucial counseling and psychosocial support to survivors and perpetrators, while also conducting community outreach and education initiatives.
