What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an A/R or billing role where I can accurately manage claims, follow up on denials, and support patients with clear payment guidance while working with reliable systems and a team that values attention to detail.

I handle billing Hospital and Physical Therapy claims, follow up on denials, and post payments from patients and insurance to keep accounts moving accurately. I’m known as a fast learner with strong attention to detail, especially when working through insurance processing and payment activity.

I also assist patients with making payments and understanding insurance processing of claims, and I support billing operations by collecting notarizing and sending billing record requests. Before that, I delivered Amazon purchases safely and on time in a high-quality, customer-focused way, which strengthened my reliability and helpful communication.
