I started in retail as a full-time sales assistant, handling the day-to-day running of the store, serving customers, assisting with fittings, and creating effective product displays. I’m proud of keeping everything clean, tidy, and welcoming—so customers feel supported from the moment they walk in.
In 2023 I moved to the head office E-commerce / customer service team, where I list products on Shopify with correct images and descriptions, respond to customers via phone, email, and live chat, and manage social media by creating and scheduling posts/stories/reels. I also support photoshoots and photo editing (Photoshop and Canva), ensure orders go out on time, and coordinate with couriers when needed.
