I'm looking to lead creative and operational initiatives where I can build scalable processes, guide cross-functional teams, launch products, and improve customer experiences in a fast-paced organization.

At Edward Martin, I lead creative operations for a growing home furnishings company, directing design services, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives. I mentor six remote designers and artists, launched ten tile collections in seven months, and generated more than $90,000 in revenue within five months through consultative customer support.

I've managed residential renovations for more than 70 homeowners at Made Renovation and built scalable project plans, budgets, SOPs, and design standards at Zoom Casa. My work spans procurement, contractor and vendor coordination, technical drawings, product development, client escalations, and process improvement.

I also operated Emily and the Animals Design, delivering residential and commercial interiors from concept through installation. I bring structure to fast-paced creative work while keeping customer experience, clear communication, and practical execution at the center.
