At Oregon Housing and Community Services, I support procurement and business services by advising staff on purchasing, contracting laws, policies, procedures, and ethics. I audit contracts for compliance, help develop agency procedures, analyze data for acquisition improvements, and provide Jira-based technical support for procurement software.

I previously supported division leadership through research, report writing, project management, meeting coordination, communications, and agency-wide policy task forces. I also coordinated travel, purchases, reimbursement claims, and operational project support across the agency.

I've led intranet content work in SharePoint, auditing and updating web content for branding, accessibility, accuracy, and relevance. My background combines public administration, computer information systems, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, data processing, and customer service.
