What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a medical coding or charge-capture role where I can apply ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, review clinical documentation, support compliant billing, and collaborate with providers and billing teams.

I'm a Certified Professional Coder currently supporting charge capture at UK King's Daughters Medical Center, where I review inpatient and outpatient medical records for separately billable services.

I ensure clinical documentation supports captured charges, identify provider-documentation discrepancies for management education, and maintain at least a 95% accuracy score. My coding foundation includes ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS Level II, E/M coding, chart auditing, Epic, and 3M Encoder.
