I am a highly-driven literacy expert with extensive experience in designing both online and in-person courses, as well as creating standards-aligned teacher resources. My role as a Curriculum Design Coordinator at Bailey Frst has allowed me to partner with district leadership to implement systematic instructional practices that enhance literacy education. I take pride in developing professional learning initiatives that ensure the ongoing success of programs like Literacy in Action.

Throughout my career, I have trained and led teams of literacy facilitators, providing them with the tools and support needed to foster effective teaching practices. My background includes observing and coaching teachers, where I utilize a student-focused coaching model to deliver constructive feedback. I am committed to using data-driven strategies to plan effective interventions that meet the diverse needs of students.

In addition to my hands-on teaching experience, I have been involved in strategic planning processes aimed at achieving long-term organizational goals. My educational background, combined with my leadership roles on various boards, has equipped me with the skills necessary to drive impactful literacy initiatives in the community.
