What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that fosters collaboration, innovation, and professional growth in research.

I am a Ph.D.-prepared nurse scientist with a strong commitment to interdisciplinary team-based science. Currently, I serve as a Senior Research Scientist at RTI Health Solutions, where I lead and co-author scientific reports, publications, and presentations in collaboration with pharmaceutical clients. My specialized training in advanced statistical methods, measurement development, and psychometrics allows me to contribute effectively to the field of clinical outcome assessments.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to manage complex research projects, mentor students, and produce high-quality scientific work. My experience includes leading qualitative and quantitative research, conducting literature reviews, and providing strategic consulting to pharmaceutical and biomedical clients. I take pride in my ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
