What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can run evidence-based youth and family programs, own grant and compliance outcomes, and collaborate with government and community partners to improve measurable results.

I’m an accomplished nonprofit and government leader with more than 15 years of experience in program administration, grant writing, grant management, contract oversight, community collaboration, and strategic planning. In my current role as Program Director of Intervention Services, I direct prevention and intervention programs for youth and families throughout Cecil County, building evidence-based programming that measurably improves outcomes. I also manage budgets, reporting requirements, and performance measures while using program data to drive continuous improvement.

Before that, as a Local Management Board Director for Cecil County Government, I led strategic planning and funding initiatives focused on children, youth, and families. I served as Grant Award Administrator for federal and state grants totaling more than $1.3 million annually, researching, writing, and administering grants and translating them into budgets, performance reports, and program evaluations. I oversaw contracts, procurement activities, compliance requirements, and fiscal monitoring, and I presented outcome data and funding recommendations to county leadership, boards, and community stakeholders.

Earlier in my career at YMCA of Greater Brandywine, I progressed into associate executive leadership roles, including Associate Executive Director (2018–2020) and multiple director-level positions across youth development, childcare, sports, camp, and family programming. I directed day-to-day operations for a branch with an annual operating budget of approximately $7 million, supervised and developed more than 50 employees, and strengthened compliance, safety standards, and risk management. I’m driven by partnerships across schools, government agencies, law enforcement, and community organizations—so programs have the support and accountability needed to deliver results.
