At Jungheinrich, I led end-to-end implementations of Warehouse Control System software for customers across the European market, from requirements to go-live. I also used AI to draft and validate interface specifications and fed field learnings into the product roadmap.
At Sedam IT Group, I owned a learning management system rolled out at Croatia's largest retail group, managing features from ideation through post-production care. I diagnosed gaps in the go-to-market approach, built a repeatable sales cycle, and ran presales, including C-level demos.
Embedded at Nexi, I turned a weak CyberArk PAM proof of concept into a business-critical production system through two M&As, prioritizing user requests with SAFe. I built the operational PAM team into a broader Access team and supported multiple PCI-DSS recertification campaigns.
Earlier, I managed the LeaseUp platform at Flow and Form, led a computer vision project that reached 99% accuracy reading digital flyers, and delivered mobile app versions and a grant-application feature at Agrivi. At FOREO, I built a global IT reporting system and led software rollouts; I also supported project delivery at Helly Hansen and Q-software.
