At Vortech LLC, I supported customers with checkout, payment processing, and order-tracking issues, and helped first-time electronics customers set up Windows devices. I also documented interactions and coordinated order updates with fulfilment partners.
I designed, built, and deployed Trekker’s Stop, a full-stack e-commerce platform with payment processing and customer support features. I tested it in a Docker environment and managed version control with Git and GitHub.
I also built a self-hosted media server with Python and Flask, and developed a Laravel livestock management system with pedigree visualisation, health records, and performance tracking. My hands-on networking work includes maintaining a home lab for network security audits and troubleshooting.
