I’m a QA Engineering Lead and IT QA leader driving strategic quality initiatives across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). I focus on structured test design, execution, coverage strategy, and risk assessment to help teams deliver high-impact releases with confidence.
At Meta, I lead compatibility quality for Meta Quest line experiences—test planning, scope/schedule, stakeholder alignment, and release-readiness ownership. I manage multiple QA teams (internal plus vendor/offshore) and ensure 600+ VR apps are 100% compatible across Quest line VR devices and new device development.
I build and scale QA teams and processes from the ground up, establishing right-sized practices, quality standards, and best practices that elevate performance and maturity. I’ve driven measurable efficiency gains through workstreams that resulted in 15–35% time savings, and I’ve expanded automation via record/playback and on-demand automation tooling.
Earlier, I rebuilt web and mobile QA at Starbucks into a respected, cross-disciplined organization, improving coverage, traceability, and regression quality with automation.
