I'm looking to build scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business value and empower users, while collaborating with distributed teams on automation, integrations, release management, and platform improvements.

I've delivered enterprise Salesforce solutions at Holiday Inn Club Vacations for organizations supporting 1,400+ users. I built the SPIFFS sales incentive management application end-to-end, including its custom data model, Apex logic, Aura Components, MuleSoft integrations, reporting, deployment, and user training.

I've also led Salesforce release management with Flosum CI/CD, coordinated teams across development, QA, and business functions, and developed HR Case Management solutions using Email-to-Case. My work spans automation, security, reporting, validation, integrations, and support, with a focus on scalable platforms that empower users.
