At EPAM Systems, I delivered Salesforce development, automation, integrations, and migrations across four projects. On an enterprise insurance platform, I owned a configurable Case SLA engine using Apex, Custom Metadata, JSON rules, and Salesforce Business Hours.
I also owned the Salesforce implementation of a SharePoint file integration, developing LWCs and Apex REST callouts to custom middleware. I introduced error logging and a Batch Apex retry process for failed transfers, and built email-driven Work Item creation that removed manual Salesforce entry for field underwriters.
Across the projects, I optimised legacy processing, developed reusable Flows and LWCs, and supported data migration, testing, and releases. I mentored two junior developers and worked with a Salesforce Architect on an Agentforce proof of concept for a Dreamforce 2025 demo.
