What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Scrum Master and Technical Lead focused on delivering Salesforce solutions end to end—turning complex requirements into workable value for stakeholders. I lead cross-functional teams in Scrum and SAFe environments, often across distributed international setups, while keeping delivery predictable and aligned to business outcomes.
In my current role, I lead functional and technical delivery for large-scale Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. I design and implement capabilities such as Customer 360, consent management, blacklist management, and payment/refund processes, and I strengthen delivery execution through ALM Octane and Azure DevOps (CI/CD). I also coordinate multiple workstreams (migration, Marketing Cloud, eCommerce, reporting, and training) to improve stakeholder alignment through bi-weekly client demos.
Previously, as a Scrum Master (SAFe), I scaled delivery capacity from 3 to 11 initiatives per quarter during PI Plannings and improved team velocity by 10% through backlog refinement and estimation best practices. I mitigated 4+ high delivery risks tied to API dependencies and enabled strong execution by facilitating Sprint and PI ceremonies while supporting team growth toward more advanced technical ownership. Earlier, I led Salesforce delivery and technical coordination across healthcare, government, automotive, oil & gas, food, and retail—building integrations, APIs, and Salesforce Einstein chatbot solutions—while also guiding onboarding and running technical training programs. I also serve as a People Lead for consultants, supporting career growth and governance for a capability of ~80 consultants.
