I'm looking to build secure, scalable AI platforms and cloud-native applications, collaborating with product, design, data, and platform teams to solve complex public-sector or healthcare challenges.

At NYC OTI, I build MyCityAI Chatbot services using Azure AI Search, vector embeddings, GPT-4, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis to deliver accurate, context-aware responses from official NYC documentation.

Previously at Novartis, I architected AI and MLOps platforms for drug discovery using Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Apache Spark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLflow. I also built research portals and scalable data pipelines that supported secure model serving, scientific analytics, and enterprise-scale research workflows.
