I am a procurement and supply chain executive and consultant with multi-country experience across manufacturing, construction, renewable energy, O&G and heavy machinery, specializing in strategic sourcing, category management and supplier relationship optimization. I have led cross-functional teams across four continents, driven digital transformation with procurement decks and AI-powered tools, and managed annual spend of €500 million while delivering cost reductions exceeding 40%.
