I’m a passionate Registered Nurse with 10+ years of acute care, hospice, and remote triage experience. I bring strong clinical judgment, documentation analysis, and evidence-based decision making to every patient interaction.

I specialize in medical necessity review, prior authorization processing, and applying MCG criteria to determine appropriate levels of care across diverse patient populations. I’m also adept at reviewing medical records, conducting telephonic clinical assessments, and collaborating with providers to ensure safe, cost-effective, and guideline-aligned care.

In my current role with Savior Hospice and Palliative Care as a Triage RN, I conduct remote clinical assessments to evaluate urgency, appropriateness of care, and the need for escalation. I collaborate with providers to clarify clinical information, coordinate next steps, and maintain accurate, timely documentation while meeting SLAs and hospice/regulatory standards.

Previously, I served as an RN Case Manager with Ascension Hospice, performing comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate services and levels of care. Before that, at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, I provided high acuity ICU care and rapidly interpreted complex clinical data using evidence-based criteria for medical necessity justification, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
