I’m an Experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in hospice and acute care, focused on patient assessment, care coordination, and critical thinking. I deliver compassionate, high-quality care while keeping documentation and communication efficient and accurate.

In hospice, I manage after-hours patient care and family needs, performing phone triage to determine the plan of care and the necessity of after-hours visits. I handle admissions, deaths, and PRN visits, and coordinate closely with physicians to ensure timely documentation.
