I am looking for a remote nursing role that allows me to utilize my skills in telehealth and case management while contributing to patient care and education.

I am a compassionate and data-driven Registered Nurse with over 7 years of experience in hospice, case management, and clinical care. My journey in nursing has equipped me with the skills to deliver high-quality remote and in-person nursing services, assess complex patient needs, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Throughout my career, I have managed a caseload of home-based and facility patients, providing end-of-life care and support. I have a proven track record in conducting telephonic and in-person assessments to determine care needs, coordinating with physicians and families to adjust care plans based on patient decline, and educating caregivers to ensure patient dignity and comfort. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which I expect to complete by July 2024, further enhancing my ability to provide exceptional care.
