What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead QA strategy, automation, and quality governance for complex digital products, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and high-impact releases in Agile environments.

I lead QA strategy and release delivery for Aeroméxico and Dow Jones at Infosys, coordinating a five-person team across critical initiatives.

I define test strategies for Order Management, Consumer Search, and Aeroméxico’s ticket-purchase mobile application, covering functional, regression, API, BDD, and performance testing. I also oversee production validation, deployments, and post-release monitoring with AWS tools.

Previously, I managed data quality and governance initiatives at Zurich and coordinated QA teams of three to eight people for corporate insurance programs. My work has included QA budgets, external vendors, SLA compliance, regulatory audits, risk tracking, resource planning, and quality metrics.

I’ve delivered functional and automated testing for BBVA, Telefónica, and Zurich, and I bring experience teaching software engineering and researching K-means clustering improvements. I focus on scalable quality processes that reduce risk and keep complex digital transformation programs aligned with business goals.
