Participated in the full QA cycle for new features, from user story analysis and acceptance criteria to test design and execution, UAT validation, and production release support. Designed and executed functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, negative, and compatibility tests for web and mobile applications.

Independently planned and executed QA activities for the Telcel mobile app redesign project. Designed test cases and executed functional, end-to-end, and regression tests for critical business flows, and validated the interface against design specifications.

Designed and executed functional tests for customer onboarding and credit origination processes, including multi-step forms, eligibility rules, and amortization payments. Used Microsoft SQL Server to verify data persistence and consistency, and managed testing activities with TFS/Test Manager.

Analyzed functional specifications in English and defined scenarios and test cases for credit origination features. Managed review and approval of test cases with functional specialists/SMEs and executed functional tests using HP ALM.

Performed functional testing of an insurance mobile application, including insured registration, policy inquiry, and adjuster tracking in claims processes.

Performed functional testing and SAT certification of tax payment processes using capture lines, including positive, negative, data validation, and processing scenarios.
