I’m an Experienced Special Education Teacher committed to providing individualized instruction to students with special needs. I develop unique learning plans, modify curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing, student-centered learning environment. I also collaborate with colleagues to build innovative teaching strategies.

In addition to teaching, I’ve worked as a Technical Support Agent at teleperformance : Apple , Netix , Lechovou 2, Athens, 10445, Microsoft, Athens Greece, where I troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly. I assist customers with software, hardware, and network-related issues while researching, analyzing, and documenting problems and resolutions.

I’ve also supported teams through multiple roles, including Social media moderator for Teleperformance :TikTok and Assistant Librarian at Beit-Berl collage. Across these experiences, I’ve led with attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving—building content calendars, monitoring social media analytics, and improving library cataloguing and databases to increase accessibility.
