What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role designing B2B SaaS products—especially AI workflow tools—where I can reduce cognitive load, make complex status/permissions legible, and create coherent multi-surface experiences backed by research and design systems.

I’m a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of product design experience embedded in B2B SaaS products, Web & AI productivity platform. Focused on workflow tools and operational platforms for AI-driven work. I specialise in designing trustworthy experiences across end users, developers, and administrators.

At Jiangsu Zanqi Technology Co., Ltd., I designed end-to-end interaction systems for an enterprise AI platform and mapped the relationships between complex AI behaviours, permission governance, and real human workflows. I delivered 60+ production screens as the team’s only designer with no dedicated PM.

Earlier, I led an end-to-end redesign for a B2B cloud workstation platform—desktop client, marketing website, and mobile—ensuring coherent task flows without flattening nuance，and improved desktop side activation from 60.2% to 98.6% while cutting core-path task completion time by 43%.

I also build design systems (30+ components), run UX research (interviews, surveys, usability testing), and translate findings into clear interaction models and scalable UI foundations.
