Across B2B SaaS and consumer contexts, I combine NPS, behavioral data, interviews, and usability testing to pinpoint real pain points. I’ve designed teacher-facing workbench experiences and cross-device TV flows, and I’ve used data to improve conversion, stability, satisfaction, and retention.

My work also blends AI product design with practical tooling. I’ve built multi-agent competitor-analysis UX with explainable states and human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and I’ve engineered a design system compliance approach that speeds up review and reduces value-mismatch errors.
