At Canbang Technology, I researched restaurant users through field research, interviews, scenario analysis, and competitor research. I identified pain points in data analysis, pre-opening tasks, ordering, and checkout, then shaped design strategy around workflow simplicity, efficiency, and decision support.

I optimized experiences across the homepage, business analytics, menu management, assisted ordering, and checkout. My work reduced menu item entry time by 16.18 seconds, lowered cashier error rates from 1.8% to 0.3%, and improved store-level decision-making efficiency by 32%.

Previously at Yonyou Network Technology, I created visual assets for the Global Business Innovation Summit and 2024 Developer Competition, producing more than 100 digital marketing assets. I also built a Tencent Docs collaboration workflow that improved information sharing and execution efficiency by 5%.
