I’m a dependable IT student and OJT professional with strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments. I’m eager to contribute my QA discipline and technical troubleshooting skills to help teams deliver reliable results.

In my capstone project, I developed a digital library system with a unified database to centralize library resources, improve information accessibility, and strengthen data management. I focused on consistent preparation, organization, and validation so information stayed accurate and usable.

During my Quality Assurance Specialist OJT, I assisted in monitoring processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. I conducted routine checks and inspections, documented findings accurately, and validated data accuracy to ensure proper system functionality across platforms.

With my IT Technical Support OJT, I troubleshot network connectivity issues involving LAN and Wi‑Fi, printers, and shared drives. I diagnosed hardware and software-related problems, installed/updated/configured applications, and provided on-site and remote assistance to minimize downtime.
