I’m a Senior QA Engineer with ongoing experience from 2019 to the present, focused on manual quality assurance that strengthens how websites function and look for real users. I review and analyze client design requirements and turn them into clear, detailed manual test cases.

I’m hands-on with functionality and UI testing, including cross browser and cross device validation. I execute manual tests using prepared cases, documenting both success and error test results, and I work closely with the development team to support website enhancements. I also test across CMS and platforms including CMS - Wordpress, Webflow, WooCommerce, Drupal, and Shopify, using HTML and CSS knowledge to verify websites end-to-end.

Before my QA role, I built a foundation in IT support as an intern from 2016 to 2017. I handled installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, and networks for government-funded schools, and I provided training and guidance to end-users—experiences that sharpened my problem solving, communication, and critical thinking.

I bring a detail oriented, motivated mindset grounded in my Information Technology education and continuous learning. From seminars like Scrum and Web Development Training to creative thinking and adaptability, my professional ethos is simple: deliver reliable results, communicate clearly, and keep improving through challenging assignments and growth opportunities.
