At Taalcentrum-VU, I spearheaded the transformation from a traditional Language Service Provider to an AI-driven Language Intelligence platform. I re-architected workflows around generative AI and neural machine translation.
I evaluated and implemented Phrase TMS, built language technology infrastructure, and automated data pipelines connecting content platforms to translation management systems. I also trained project managers, linguists, and internal teams, and provided hands-on software support.
At Jamf, I directed German and Dutch localization across product documentation, marketing campaigns, software UI, product videos, and subtitles. I authored a LangOps proof of concept and evaluated cloud TMS solutions; earlier, I worked as a freelance translator and language lead specializing in software and IT localization, digital marketing, app UI, SEO, and LQA auditing.
