At The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, I coordinated licensing, compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance across an international framework. I led the licence review programme from planning through completion and improved the review process, training colleagues on updated requirements.
I also designed and delivered training, including a large-scale webinar for over 300 stakeholders. My work included processing licence applications, undertaking due diligence, maintaining auditable records, and supporting recruitment and team coordination.
Previously, I processed statutory licences at London Borough of Ealing Council and Bristol City Council, and coordinated programmes and national events at Health Education England (NHS) – Severn Foundation School, including conferences for over 500 attendees. I’ve worked across public sector, charity, international, and NHS organisations, and am available to start immediately.
