Ella Wodrich

At Endemic Environmental Services, I assess aquatic resources, wetlands, and wildlife habitat to support permitting, regulatory compliance, and site-level decisions. I develop SWPPPs, conduct construction compliance inspections, and evaluate BMPs and mitigation measures.

I previously supported estuarine research with the Morro Bay National Estuary Program, using GIS and GPS to collect, map, and visualize environmental data. I maintained long-term ecological datasets, monitored water quality, mapped habitat, and contributed to restoration fieldwork and invasive species removal.

My work combines environmental data analysis, field sampling, habitat assessment, and restoration. I also contributed to sustainable energy research at Cal Poly and to the design and management of an agroforestry demonstration orchard.
