What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to apply my expertise in water quality and data analysis while contributing to meaningful environmental projects.

I am an Environmental Scientist with a Master's degree in Resource Management, specializing in Coastal and Marine Management. My professional journey has been marked by a commitment to improving water quality and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Currently, I work with the State Water Board, where I conduct in-depth assessments of surface water quality data and apply scientific methods to evaluate pollutants under the Clean Water Act.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong expertise in data analysis, utilizing tools such as R and Microsoft Excel to perform complex statistical testing and trend analysis. My ability to prepare and deliver public reports and presentations has been recognized, and I take pride in collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance water quality assessment procedures. I have also been acknowledged as a subject matter expert in pollutants such as aluminum and selenium, contributing to the development of guidance documents for my colleagues.

My previous roles have equipped me with a diverse skill set in fisheries biology and data management, allowing me to effectively monitor aquatic ecosystems and contribute to habitat restoration projects.
