In my recent Liaison Officer experience, I built and maintained relationships with clients and executive teams. I served as the primary point of contact between executives and clients, ensuring smooth communication and reliable follow-through.

I also handled process-heavy, client-facing work such as processing business permits and business plates, along with HDMF, SSS, and PhilHealth. I prepared detailed reports and maintained clear documentation for executive reviews, staying consistent with time management and organized reporting.

Previously, as a Call Center Agent, I employed strong communication to explain complex information clearly to customers and supported outbound calls. I followed customer service scripts to keep service uniform while assisting with sales and marketing promotional campaigns at the Tolosa Child Care Center.
