What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level Medical Chat Support or Healthcare Support role where I can apply my patient-facing experience, documentation and verification habits, and HIPAA training.

At a dental clinic, I managed patient appointments, answered enquiries in person and by phone, and maintained confidential patient records. That experience began my interest in patient-facing healthcare support.
