Elizabeth Antrilli
@elizabethantrilli
I implement behavior plans and support autistic clients’ communication, social, and daily living skills.
What I'm looking for
At Kaleidoscope, I implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect client data, and use positive reinforcement to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
As an autism mother with one-on-one experience supporting my son with level 3 autism, I bring a deeply personal commitment to creating safe, respectful, and supportive environments for clients and families.
I've also served the public for six years through home health care, hospitality, and customer service roles. I’ve supported daily living activities, managed medication reminders, handled transactions, resolved guest concerns, and kept fast-paced workspaces organized.
My background also includes leading web development at Hopeworks, where I collaborated with designers, product managers, and developers on web applications, databases, back-end services, and third-party tools.
