Certified case manager and family coach specializing in trauma-informed, compliance-driven care coordination.
What I'm looking for
I am a ROMA-Trained Family Support Specialist and Certified Case Manager and Family Coach with 10 years of experience in case management, resource coordination, and compliance-driven service delivery. I help families stabilize by managing high-volume caseloads, prioritizing need, and supporting fair, timely distribution of public funds.
In my current role with the City of Chattanooga, I administer direct financial assistance for rent and utilities, guide families through individualized plans (housing support, employment readiness, budgeting, childcare access, and behavioral health referrals), and build cross-agency relationships to improve housing and workforce outcomes.
I bring strong documentation and reporting discipline, tracking client progress and outcomes using state and local software systems including THO, DHS ACCENT, and THDA Smart Simple. Previously, as Shelter House Manager, I oversaw trauma-informed intake and transition planning and completed crisis interviews for victims of violent crimes—always keeping safety, policy adherence, and a client-centered environment at the center of my work.
