I've led communications, change, and leadership enablement across complex public-sector and international environments. At the City of Coquitlam, I built and led a five-person communications team supporting internal and external communications, brand consistency, crisis response, and operational improvements.

I advised executive leaders on sensitive projects, organizational announcements, HR policy shifts, and high-visibility issues. I developed a crisis communication framework for 1,000+ staff, applied PROSCI change management principles, and implemented Smartsheet to improve reporting and resource allocation across 800+ annual projects.

Through my coaching and consulting practice, I help leaders and teams build self-awareness, alignment, collaboration, and accountability during transition. I also bring experience from Forestry Innovation Investment, where I managed brand strategy, media relations, international voice and tone, and Power BI reporting integration.
