My name is Elise Andrews, and I am an aspiring social scientist dedicated to improving academic outcomes among diverse racial groups. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral and Social Sciences at North Carolina Central University, I have maintained a GPA of 3.7 while actively participating in the University Honors Program and earning recognition on the Dean's List.
Through my involvement in the RISE Fellowship, I am conducting mixed methods research aimed at addressing educational disparities.
