What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead high-impact events and/or CSR programs, build strategic partnerships with clients, suppliers and corporates, and use data to improve measurable engagement and social outcomes.

I’m an Event & CSR Project Manager focused on turning strategy into execution—delivering 150+ annual hybrid and in-person events by aligning cross-functional teams, corporate stakeholders, and nonprofit partners. Over three years, I helped drive a 200% increase in regional engagement and social impact.

At Benevity, I coordinated international employee engagement events for multinational clients and scaled tailored annual engagement plans across global markets. I increased regional engagement from 266 to 800+ participants (+200%) through 150+ events annually, and I led 30+ internal events with 185 employees and 15 nonprofit partners. I also spearheaded the End-of-Year Switzerland initiative (2024–2025), engaging 24 companies, mobilizing 1,650+ employees, and supporting 2,500 beneficiaries while improving scalability and execution processes.
