What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-first Customer Success role where I can own onboarding, retain key accounts, and drive revenue. I thrive coordinating stakeholders, managing vendors and budgets, and delivering well-run international programs under tight timelines.

I’m a Customer Success and Event Manager who builds client-first relationships, owns onboarding, and focuses on retaining key accounts. I connect internal global teams to client needs and keep operations aligned across marketing, sales, and operations.

In my current role at ICEF, I proactively sell event participations, sponsorships, and digital packages to new and existing B2B Italian clients. I also manage end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of large-scale international B2B events, including ICEF Latin America.

I bring strong budget and vendor management to high-pressure, timeline-driven work. I negotiate contracts, coordinate premium venues, AV technicians, and local suppliers, and control event budgets with cost discipline—up to £250,000.

Earlier, at Proventa International in London, I led internal/external communications and venue logistics for 17 simultaneous international conferences, executive roundtables, and VIP dinners. My background also includes product work as a Junior Product Manager, plus event and wedding planning roles where I managed budgets up to €60,000 and tailored proposals for private and corporate clients.
