Elif baykan

I am a driven and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Industrial Engineering. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a passion for problem-solving and crisis management. My experience in human resources and project management has equipped me with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

I have had the opportunity to work on various projects, including a senior year project with Nestlé, where I applied operations research and industrial engineering techniques to optimize maintenance and refilling visits. I have also interned at several companies, including GazeteBilkent, MİTAŞ Endüstri Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., Doqu Home, and Esen System Integration, gaining valuable experience in HR, SAP/SAS, and project management.

In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am an active member of several extracurricular organizations, including the Bilkent Information Office, Bilkent TDP, and Bilkent Operational Research Club. I am fluent in Turkish and English, with basic proficiency in German.
