I partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to shape future-state vision, strategy, development, and execution. I also established governance, processes, and feature rollout frameworks that improved speed and efficiency while reducing errors by 20%.

My consulting work includes designing an HR operating model for double-digit growth, leading a 20+ person team supporting a state client during COVID-19, and creating operating models, metrics, and roadmaps aligned to business goals. I've supported change management and training for 200+ people implementing field mobility software at an oil and gas refinery.

Beyond consulting, I led multilingual COVID-19 communications across Ethiopia and interpret for Ethiopian asylum seekers and refugees. I bring strategy, stakeholder management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and practical change leadership to complex transformation work.
