I've spent twelve years in product teams making sure the thing that reaches engineering is the thing the business actually meant. Mostly as the UX designer who wrote the specs. Now I own that process end to end.

Most product work fails in the same place: the gap between what a stakeholder says in a meeting and what lands in a ticket. That gap is where I work. Structured discovery interviews to surface the real constraint rather than the stated feature. One-pagers for alignment. Full PRDs with the detail engineering needs. A review cycle that closes every comment instead of losing it in an email thread.

Where I've done it
Enterprise and B2B work across telecom, fintech, compliance, hospitality and industrial software, including eir (Irish telecom), RiskOptics (GRC/compliance SaaS), APC by Schneider Electric and Three. Compliance platforms, e-commerce flows serving 150+ countries, mobile products, accessibility work to WCAG 2.1 AA.

How I work now
I use AI tools as working partners across the whole cycle, not for one-off drafts. Interview notes to a structured PRD to a clickable prototype. Concept to a working tool in an afternoon rather than a sprint.

What I'm looking for
Design or Product Owner or Product Manager role in B2B SaaS, fintech or enterprise product. Netherlands, Belgium or remote. I'm at my best where the product is complex, the stakeholders disagree, and someone needs to make the requirements unambiguous.
