I'm seeking a Senior/Lead Product Designer role at a B2B SaaS company where I can lead UX strategy, build scalable WCAG-compliant design systems, partner with product and engineering, and solve complex data-driven UX problems.

Senior Product Designer for enterprise B2B SaaS. 8+ years working on design systems, data-heavy workflows, and AI-assisted design process.

Recent work:

→ Redesigned the core performance and chartering tools at 90POE (maritime SaaS). Adoption grew 400% and engagement 200% within 12 months.

→ Built and governed a WCAG 2.1 AA design system used by 4 squads.

→ Redesigned core hiring workflows at Workable: 3× faster resume uploads, 30 to 40% efficiency gains, tested with 600+ recruiters.

→ Currently at Levellr, where I redesigned Scheduler from a legacy tool into a communication system used by PUBG and Google.

Most of my work is enterprise software with dense data and complicated rules: dashboards, advanced tables, timelines, approval flows. I care about making these tools clear and usable, and about design systems that keep quality consistent as teams grow.

AI is a normal part of how I work: prototyping with agents, synthesizing research with LLMs, building working prototypes with Claude Code.

I started as a founding designer on a 0→1 product, and I still prefer small teams that ship fast, where product, design, and engineering sit close to the problem.
