What I'm looking for

I'm looking to shape scalable digital products from customer problems through delivery, particularly where AI-assisted workflows, research, experimentation, and measurable business outcomes can improve how teams and customers work.

I've led product design for HEINEKEN's global eB2B platform, creating a scalable promotions framework across 35-plus markets that delivered a 7% conversion uplift. At Shell, I helped replace a fragmented tendering process with a GenAI-powered product that cut process time by 30%, increased compliance by 33%, and won Shell Digital Asset of the Year.

Across banking, e-commerce, energy and consumer products, I take design from customer problem definition through delivery, using research, data, prototyping and iteration to create simple, scalable outcomes. I'm currently working with Hypersolid to introduce AI-assisted workflows at the client level, including synthetic user-testing prototypes built with Claude Code and Cursor.
