I lead product design for Backbase’s process orchestration product within its AI-Native Banking OS, helping customers design and implement complex financial workflows faster.
I’ve shaped product strategy through future-vision prototypes, led discovery with Product Management and Research, and shipped scalable internal banking workflows that balance usability with engineering constraints. I also champion AI-driven prototyping and accessibility improvements for high-volume enterprise users.
Previously, at Workhuman, I designed role-based access and permissions for reporting workflows used across a global employee-recognition SaaS platform serving 5 million users. Outside of work, I’m building Orava, an AI interview-prep product I’ve shipped solo through Lovable’s Shipped founder programme.
