Building the learning and capacity-building strategy for a remote, internationally distributed volunteer team. Running learning needs analysis with team leads and designing onboarding with structured progression and engagement milestones.

Founded and lead a grassroots gender equality initiative in the Rhodope and Plovdiv regions, currently being formalised as a registered NGO. Designed and delivered educational and cultural programmes including discussion clubs and workshops.

Ran end-to-end delivery of educational content projects, coordinating cross-functional contributors across scoping, production, review and launch. Built the content production workflow and quality standards from scratch.

Owned a global educator development programme for 2,000+ participants across EMEA and LATAM, setting the learning roadmap, KPIs and quarterly delivery milestones. Grew active member participation by 15% and increased onboarding sessions for new educators 2.5x within one year.

Designed and delivered end-to-end learning initiatives using ADDIE, from training needs analysis and scoping through rollout and post-launch evaluation. Evaluated programmes using the Kirkpatrick model and reported completion and learning impact to management.

Designed and facilitated empowerment workshops for women and youth, owning curriculum, materials, and post-session evaluation. Led national research on women's experiences of systemic barriers, including methodology design, data collection, and analysis.

Selected for a year-long global leadership programme on civic engagement, DEI and community-driven programme design. Supported talent development programme delivery at Emerge America, New Jersey.

Coordinated digital communications and content workflows across internal teams. Rebuilt document filing and tracking to cut turnaround on routine requests and managed client documentation and accounting.

Designed and facilitated 10 in-person workshop sessions for 16 participants on communication, conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening. Co-authored a published e-book on teaching methodology for civic education.
